We have carried out practical work with a wide range of organisations over the years. Here are some of them and some of the things we achieved together.
Since the 1980's we've been working with:
British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) - bird ringing and monitoring.
We've produced publications with:
English Nature (now Natural England) - our booklet Barn Owls on Site - a Guide for Developers and Planners, now superceded by Barn Owls and Rural Planning Applications - a Guide.
Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) - their latest Barn Owl advisory sheet.
Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) - helping to produce the Barn Owl habitat prescriptions for the Governments Higher Level Stewardship grant scheme.
Our county Barn Owl surveys have been in liaison with:
Cornwall Bird Watching and Preservation Society (CBWPS).
Devon Bird Watching and Preservation Society (DBWPS).
We've run district Barn Owl Site Enhancement Schemes with:
